Welcome to Pawsome Pals Pet Sitting! By using our website pawsomepalslv.com, contacting us, or booking any of our pet care services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling services.

 

1. Our Services

Pawsome Pals Pet Sitting provides pet sitting, dog walking, and related in‑home pet care services in the Henderson area. All services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to update or modify services at any time.

 

2. Meet & Greet

We require a complimentary Meet & Greet before any new booking. This visit allows us to meet your pets, review care instructions, and ensure everyone is comfortable and a good fit. Bookings cannot be confirmed until after this meeting.

 

3. Bookings and Payments

Services can be booked online, by phone, or via text after a successful Meet & Greet.

 

Payment made online is due at that time. Services scheduled via phone, email or text are due prior to or on the first day of scheduled service unless otherwise agreed.

 

Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment processor or as arranged directly with Pawsome Pals Pet Sitting.

 

You are responsible for ensuring all information provided (dates, times, addresses, pet details) is accurate.

 

4. Cancellations/Rescheduling and Refunds

We understand that plans can change!

 

For Dog Walks and Drop-Ins:

  • Cancellations and Reschedules made at least 24 hours in advance: no charge.

  • Cancellations and Reschedules made within 24 hours of the scheduled visit will incur the full booking fee.

​

For Overnight Pet Sitting:

​

  • Cancellations and Reschedules made at least 48 hours in advance: no charge.​

​​

  • Cancellations and Reschedules made within 48 hours of the scheduled visit will incur the full booking fee.

 

For Holiday Services:

​

  • Holiday reservations require 5 days’ notice to cancel or reschedule due to increased demand and limited availability.

​

  • Changes made with less than 5 days’ notice may be charged the full reservation amount.

​

*Emergency cancellations will be handled on a case‑by‑case basis, and are at Pawsome Pals Pet Sitting's discretion.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best experience for your pets and our team, please:

 

  • Provide accurate and up‑to‑date care instructions.

  • Disclose any behavioral issues or safety concerns.

  • Ensure all pets are current on vaccinations and safe to handle.

  • Maintain a safe, secure, and accessible home environment

  • We are not responsible for property damage, injury, or loss if key access or care instructions were unclear, incomplete, or inaccurate.

 

6. Pet Health and Emergency Care

Your pet’s safety is our top priority. In the event of an emergency, we will:

 

  • Try to contact you and/or your emergency contact immediately.

  • If necessary, seek veterinary care using your listed veterinarian or the nearest available clinic.

  • You agree to reimburse any associated emergency expenses.

 

7. Access to Your Property

By scheduling services, you grant Jenna Green and Shaun Buckingham, at Pawsome Pals Pet Sitting permission to enter your property for the agreed‑upon service dates and times. You are responsible for providing accurate keycodes, keys, or security instructions.

 

8. Liability

Pawsome Pals Pet Sitting and its sitters take great care in providing top‑quality service. However, we are not liable for:

 

  • Illness, injury, or accidents beyond our control.

  • Property damage or pet injury caused by another person, animal, or natural event.

  • Loss or injury if the pet has unrestricted outdoor access (yards, doggy doors, etc.).

 

9. Privacy and Data

We value your privacy. Any personal information you share (names, addresses, codes, pet details, contact info) is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

We use Wix to host our website and Google for email and phone communication. Both use secure, encrypted systems to protect your information.

 

10. Photos and Testimonials

With your permission, we may share photos or updates of your pets on our social media or website. No photos will be shared publicly without your consent.

 

11. Changes to These Terms

We may occasionally update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or policies. Updates will be posted here with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
